Stageworks/Hudson
invites you to celebrate The Play's the Thing! on Saturday,
November 4. This annual gala is held to support the continued
growth of Stageworks/Hudson. The Gala will begin at 5:30 pm
and will feature a live auction, dinner and the First Annual
Stageworks One Minute Play Festival. The one minute plays are

The Columbia
Arts Team presents Saturday Night LIV on Friday,
November 3 and Saturday, November 4 at 8:00
pm. Saturday Night LIV hosted by Liv Cummins
is a live variety show, where almost anything
can happen from great singers and songwriters
to sketch comedy and musical theater. Come
and see great performers, hilarious sketches
and exciting musical moments. The show will
be held at Columbia-Greene Community College

Stair Galleries will
host an Exposition Auction on Friday, November 10 at 6:00
pm. The auction will feature over 300 lots of estate property
including: modern furniture, Art Deco lighting, 20th century
artwork and prints, silver and silver plate, along with other
decorative items. Preview days include Saturday and Sunday
November 4-5, Wednesday, November 8 and Thursday and Friday

Attend a Studio Tour
The Columbia Berkshire
Craft Guild will host the 4th annual Studio Tour on Saturday,
November 11 and Sunday, November 12 from noon to 5 pm. See
first hand where artists and artisans create their work.
Visit the studios of local art producers in this rare opportunity
when busy artists clean-up their studios and are available
for questions and to buy unique works of art and fine craft

The Copake Theatre Company
will feature "A Tuna Christmas", an off-the-wall
comedy written by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears and Ed Howard
and will feature two incredibly talented area actors, Andrew
Joffe and Thom Whaley, playing a dizzying array of comical
characters of both sexes from Texas' third smallest town,
Tuna where the Lion's Club is considered too Liberal and
Patsy Cline never dies. The show will run from November 17
through December 3 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and
Sundays at 2:00 pm at the Copake Grange on Empire Road. For

Attend a Concert
Country Music Award winner
Singer Songwriter Valerie DeLaCruz presents Songwriters in
the Round featuring Robby Baier and Rasanne Raneri. This
acoustical evening of three performers sharing stories revealing
their lyrics friendship and more will be held at the Taconic
Hills Performing Arts Center on Friday, November 17 at 8:00

host a Catalogued Americana Auction on Saturday, November 18

textiles including quilts, hook rugs, samplers and Oriental

The PantoLoons present "Cinderella" at The Ghent
Playhouse November 24 through December 10. Now a holiday
tradition "Cinderella" is the PantoLoons seventh
British-American Panto in Columbia County. The basics of
a Panto is men playing women and women playing men; bad jokes;
crazy lyrics; the chase; the good versus the bad and the
ugly; and of course the gaudy costumes, sets and lighting. "Cinderella" is
for children from 2 to 102 years and audience participation
is encouraged! Tickets are $15 general admission and $12
for members of The Ghent Playhouse. Children under 12 are

Dance the Day Away
The Spencertown Academy
invites you to attend the 2nd annual Community Barn Dance

at the Community Barn Dance. Come swing your partner and
do-si-do to live country fiddling by Peter, Paul & George.

Columbia-Greene Community
College will feature the U.S. Air Force: Home for the Holidays
