feature "Guys and Dolls",
a play written by Damon Runyon's wonderful characters in
a classic favorite. Laughter galore - and every doll gets

The Spencertown Academy will host
the Blue Barbeque on Saturday, August 12 at 7:00 pm. Feast
on authentic, slow-cooked barbeque prepared by the Spencertown
Academy's own Q-Crew, then dance the night away under the
starts to the hot sounds of the Blues Jam unleashed. Tickets
are $60 and will benefit the Academy's free community arts

Enjoy a Play
Stageworks/Hudson will
feature "Dog Stories" a
play about a man who is at a loss for what to do after losing
his wife and now his dog is diagnosed with a life threatening
illness. He and his dog set out on a cross country adventure
to reach "the happiest place on earth". This award-winning
twist on man and man's best friend is a touching and hilarious
exploration of life's true meaning- seen through the eyes
of two companions. "Dog Stories" will run from

Attend a Peach Festival
Olana State Historic Site will host
the first annual Peach Festival on Saturday, August 26. In
honor of Frederic Church's prize-winning peaches, join Olana

and walking tours of the farm. The cost is $5 per vehicle,
