Chamber Hosts Tourism Leadership Luncheon

Hudson , NY – The Tourism Committee of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce hosted the third informal luncheon series for local tourism leaders on May 10 at Bezalel Gables Fine Catering and Events.  This event was a sellout for the Chamber, bringing together 65 tourism leaders.  Chef David Robinson of Bezalel Gables Fine Catering and Events spoke about customer service.  He touched on simple things that can go a long way to pleasing a customer and making it easy for the customer to do business with you. 

Before beginning the presentation attendees were treated to a fabulous lunch provided by Bezalel Gables, and service was provided by the "celebrity waiters" from the Tourism Committee.  All proceeds from the luncheon were donated towards the production of a Columbia County DVD.
