Mexican Radio began its life in 1996 as a "jaunty candlelit shoebox" in Little Italy, NYC. In June 2003, Mexican Radio opened its upstate location, in Hudson , and the response has been warm and embracing. Mexican Radio's fabulous food and delicious margaritas are drawing crowds from Albany, Poughkeepsie, Woodstock, Connecticut, the Berkshires, and Columbia and Greene Counties. With over 30 local employees, Mexican Radio Hudson continues the company tradition of being a community-committed organization. The front section of the Hudson restaurant again gives tribute to the tiny storefront where it all began nine years ago.
