Chef-owner
Mark Ganem trained and worked in the Chianti region near Florence
serving his inventive cuisine at a popular bed-and-breakfast
to locals and travelers alike. Co-owner and manager Adam Klersfeld
will greet you at the door and see that your every need is
met for a memorable dining experience.
"Vico" means village in the Tuscan dialect, and
it is their aim to build a community around locally grown,
seasonal ingredients, uncomplicated preparation based on the
centuries-old traditions of Italian cuisine, learning about
naturally produced, small-scale wines from Tuscany and other
regions of Italy as well as personalized service. It begins
when you're greeted by name at the door, and ends only when
you're completely satisfied with the time you've spent with
