Rick Bianchi of Shallo, Galluscio, Bianchi & Fucito CPAs, PC will assume the position of Chamber Board Chair on January 1, 2005. Rick has served on the Chamber Board since 2000 and has also served as Treasurer for the Chamber.

Rick will help the Chamber launch some very exciting new initiatives in 2005.

These programs will include:

•A Business-to-Business and Visitor’s newsletter that will be produced and sent out every month. These new tools will help the Chamber to better promote our members.

•Chamber Days - The Chamber staff will spend at least one full day in every Columbia County community promoting our membership and getting feedback from the local community.

Defining mutually beneficial relationships with organizations throughout the county.

•Benchmarking our success against leading Chambers and associations throughout New York and the country.

Rick plans to work closely with Chamber members on the issues they care about most. Rick was introduced to the Chamber membership as the new Board Chair on December 2, and will officially assume his new position on January 1, 2005.
