After months of planning and hard work, the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce has unveiled their new logo, website and relocation guide/directory. These dynamic communication tools that were introduced last night at the Holiday Business After Hours will be incorporated immediately and demonstrate the progressive direction of the organization.
The logo was the first item unveiled during the business portion of the event. The logo was developed by Blass Communications of Old Chatham. After a brief explanation by Ken Blass, the logo was introduced in a video clip. This clip can be viewed on the Chamber website.
The directory and relocation guide was then revealed to the crowd of over 100 attendees at the event. The directory lists all Chamber members alphabetically and by business category. The publication includes a glossy 48-page relocation guide that features many resources available for visitors and new county residents. This guide was published by Atlantic Publishing and written by Tony Jones and Vicki Simons of Roe Jan Publishing.
Rob Johanson of midhudsonmedia introduced the newly designed website. This dynamic website will enable better communication with members and the public. The site can now be viewed at www.columbiachamber-ny.com.
According to Chamber President David Colby, “The Chamber has developed more attractive communications pieces to drive more business to our members and educate people about the tremendous resources we have in Columbia County. Businesses can look forward to more enhancements and well defined strategic initiatives from the Chamber.”
