Camphill Village Gift Shop Will Support Memorial Clock Project - Prepared to help its town, Camphill Village’s gift shop will donate a portion of the proceeds of all sales during the week of December 6 – 11 to the Memorial Clock project in Copake. Camphill Village’s gift shop is well-known for its cookies and breads, hand woven cotton, chenille and wool items, beeswax candles, teas and herbal products, wooden toys and home accessories, and stained glass pieces – all made in craft workshops by adults with developmental disabilities. Winter Walk, produced by the Hudson Opera House will be held on Saturday, December 4 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm will be held on Warren Street and beyond in Hudson. A holiday street festival featuring beautifully decorated windows, ” the Santa Parade, live reindeer, street characters, and music and dance galore. A chance to preview all the new businesses and get an early start on holiday shopping. Lots of fun, from the lighting of the historic Hudson-Athens Lighthouse and the ringing of the First Presbyterian Church carillon to start things off, to the glow of fireworks atop Promenade Hill at the end!
