January is Falafel Awareness Month and we're trying to give one free falafel to everyone in Hudson. People must show their ID.  “Show, don’t tell” - Show people how great falafel is!  Yes, it seems crazy to give away $6 sandwiches for the entire month of January, but we feel that once people try them they will come back.  Hopefully we will make more people aware of falafel, and make some new friends and fans.  For more information on Park Falafel and Pizza, call 518-828-5500 or visit their website at www.parkfalafelandpizz.com.
